Boycie Not bad considering it was the day after a 15.7 mile XC race! Legs felt pretty tired right from the word go and so had to be sensible about it. Had a good battle with Lee - I am guessing 15.7 the day before equates to roughly two months injury lay off if the result was anything to go by. Fortunately my track work meant that when the sprint finish came out, it was all one way traffic! 39th overall, PG top counter for the Harriers in 22nd - so not far behind. In the ladies what a performance as Steely 1st and Raging Bull 3rd - brilliant!

Racin Snail Polishin me spikes for the first cross country race of the season! Shouldnt have bothered,a terrible run and it was all psycological. Finished 47th,not sure of the time yet as no watch.
