Mrs Gandhi Snowing heavilly as I started. I was slipping and sliding and everyone was overtaking me. The stiles were slippery. Found it hard going but started to enjoy running along the river bank. Starting running with another runner who kept overtaking me and I kept overtaking him. Got to about 2 miles from the finish no marshall no directions. Marshall suddenly appeared on a bike and told us to go right. Weather had improved by this stage and I was getting hot. Got to March where there was no Marshall and no directions. Ended up on the industrial estate. Very frustrated. Asked a lady outside the post office and luckilly she knew where we should be heading. Just relieved to finally get to the finish and see my club mates.
