GD Right - that's it! Never going on a long pub-crawl the night before a race again. Well, not for a while, anyway. Had terrible stomach during the race, meaning I had to stop & walk a couple of times, losing in excess of 10 minutes in the process! Must be more sensible in the future!

Ghengis Been feeling really down and rough for a few days with a dodgy stomach and so nearly pulled out when I got to Henley, but my running mate Peter persuaded me to have ago, it wasn't easy but I managed to finish and also recorded my fast time for this year so many thanks Peter.

ReadingRob I actually wanted to do a bit quicker, but I guess the time isn't so bad. Very nice course, very steep hill!!! Position-wise don't know exactly but I think top hundred ****UPDATE***** Came 81st - results are now on the website
