Tri Foxy What a laugh, never done anything like this before....even with the trip to first aid at the end to have a gash on my shin repaired I loved every minute of this

1408 No predicted time for this one, just to finish in one piece. Its amazing that although your body screams stop you fool, you can still find the energy to smile whilst jumping into stinking bogs. A great race some really tough hills, very challenging in a different way. 396/952

Johnny Think my estimate was a little ambitious. Mental note to do more swimming in prep for next year. Lost a shoe in the mud and my dodgy left knee didn't like the hills. But in general a cracking day out.
