Steve72 Recent injury was better after resting for a week, not 100% but didn't affect my race. Delighted with my time, pb by 30secs. More or less an even split: 1) 1m - 5:57(5:57/m) - 113cal - 10.1/15.18mph 2) 1m - 5:49(5:49/m) - 111cal - 10.3/11.88mph 3) 1m - 5:56(5:56/m) - 113cal - 10.12/11.83mph 4) 1m - 5:58(5:58/m) - 112cal - 10.07/11.57mph 5) 1m - 6:09(6:09/m) - 112cal - 9.75/10.97mph 6) 1m - 5:50(5:50/m) - 113cal - 10.28/12.91mph 7) 0.22m - 1:09(5:20/m) - 23cal - 11.26/12.95mph Very fast last 0.22m despite not having anyone to sprint against, so a good strong finish despite the second half of the course being a bit tougher than the first. I think I can still go a little faster.
