Karamurat Should get under 38 mins for this one as long as we have better weather than last year! A pb but a bit dissapointed as i clocked myself at 36.59 but was given 37.00 in the official results! At least it's a step in the right direction as ive not been running well for some time,will just have to make sure i get under 37 next time!

chicken head hoping and praying we dont run through floods like we did last year.feet were soaking.doesnt help only being 5ft 1inch with very short legs.hope i do better this year.will be waving as i pass kellogs as my hubby works there.hes running too so i guess will be waving at his work colleagues.by the time i get to the finish line he will be showered and had his lunch.hee hee. no floods,perfect running conditions,soon warmed up,thrilled with my time,been wearing my medal all day!got a good target for next year now.

Simons Dad Broke my PB by 7 seconds but a bit disappointed after a really good race last Sunday. Weather was cold and dull and I felt really sluggish today - was struggling a bit at 3 to 4 miles but managed to pick up the pace in the last 1.5 miles. Shouldn't really grumble as it was a PB!!!!
