KinkyS New start to the route makes it about half a mile longer (and over 16km!). Had a really good run, felt relaxed and confident, finished 16th overall and 2nd lady.

Ands Way too hot for me, stony+++, pretty race, but I am hopeless in a heat/hill combo. Also had a bit of a week at work, so 3 late nights and a long drive over weren't best prep either. The guy who won it was absolutely flying, far and away in front from anyone else, and looked as fresh as a daisy when he zipped past me on the last descent.

Marty McFly Hot and sunny - the route was also changed for this year and the organisers expected around 5 mins extra. All that said - this was a great event, with faultless organisation. Boy did the post run ice-cream taste good.

billywhizz still recovering from a cold and should not really have run - just tried to keep heart rate from max. strange thing is that this race was longer than last years and my pace per mile was 10 seconds better!! felt crap all the way though.
