Schnecke A PW for the distance, I think, and a thoroughly enjoyable run around some lovely countryside. The terrain was very varied - including a ploughed field at one point, some of which went into my shoes! Very 'undulating' - quite a challenging run if you were going for a particular time, but as I wasn't I just pottered round and caught up with a clubmate, so we ran the rest of it together. We both have marathons in the next two weeks, so we were quite happy to take it easy!
