About this parkrun
Route is entirely on hard tarmac, but is 3 1/2 laps. Very friendly and encouraging core team. The route has two undulations/inclines.oceanspirit 5th Feb 2019
Three Lap course (1st lap has a small extra loop) on hard surface paths. Two distinct inclines, so six total climbs by the time you are done.

Nice flat start and then a gentle incline and then a gentle decline winding around the Harrow Recreation ground and then a gentle incline before heading around the first lap and then repeat twice more. By the 3rd lap, i want to be done!!

The laps on tarmac gently undulating. Nice park and a fast course. Get there before 8:30 to park in the local car park. Cafe only did coffee and cake but was nice.

Three laps with a soul sapping small loop to start with. A slight incline. Tarmac. Cash only in the tea pavilion but some people go to Morrisson's cafe.
