oldbirdhead I'd be happy to break 40 minutes and as this course is tough I'd be ecstatic to break 39. Well I didn't enjoy this that much, my legs felt heavy and after 2k it seemed I was way of the pace but I'm sure this is cos the km markers were completely wrong as my third km was a minute quicker than I expected! I should be happy with 39:40 I guess but can't help thinking if I'd felt more up for it I'd have been able to break 39..oh well next year! 2km=8.13, 3=3.01, 4=4.29, 5=3.45, 6=4.12, 7=4.04, 8=4.06,9=4.32,10=3.24
