Pllumby Guy's 10 Mile Race. Was going to try and run the race at 8:30mm but started off just below 8:00mm and felt good so decided to try and run the race at that pace. Felt absolutely brilliant the whole race and even managed a negative split! I can only put this down to the HR training I've been doing - it works!
