RunningBob A fast, flattish 10 miles along quiet country lanes. It will hopefully be a counter for the Cheshire GP. Organised by Wilmslow Running Club and all proceeds to David Lewis Centre http://www.davidlewis.org.uk. 10am start. The course is similar to the popular David Lewis 4 mile from 2007 - but 2 laps of an extended loop. Unfortunately my passout has been withdrawn TENTATIVE

AllyB Officially a PB but I've run faster than this in my previous 2 half marathons... few uphills but nothing major. I have been on holiday for 2 weeks and injured before that so plenty of excuses to roll out. Was going quite well until half way - thats the longest run I've done for 2 months and it showed. Will do this one again...enjoyed it a lot better than the 4 lap Sale 10
