nearly there No official time as it was stuck on M11, really pleased with time and if it was not for all those hills i think i would of been nearer my predicted time. Great place for a run, will do it again next year.

Funkydee Lovely route through the forest, running on gravel and dirt tracks was great. A few down and up hills and one long drawn out hill towards the end but with a nice downhill to the finish. It was a lovely sunny day making this a great mornings run. Shame they ran out of medals and had no time counter at the finish, also ran out of water.

This time its for real! This race managed to be uphill all the way! They said a few gentle hills - yeah like each one lasting about 1.5km, then 50m back down a steep hill & then up again. The only sustained downhill was at the end so at least I looked like I was running for the photos. I had been doing lots more training so was hoping for a better time but managed to be nearly 5 minutes outside my previous best. Never mind, onwards & upwards (well not too much upwards). P.S. they ran out of medals :(
