eMpTy Opportunity missed, perfect weather, flat course but blew it. Meant to run steady 7:15's hit 10m in a PB time of 1:12:19 and paid for it in the last 3 miles. Just mised PB by 7 secs. Could have been better !!!!

The Plodder Time wasn't too bad, but I found this reallyhard going ?why Did I set off too quickly? First road half marathon I have done in a few years. I felt toltally drained by the end anyway. Splits: 9'41, 9'12, 9'28, 9'38, 9'37, 9'42, 9'48, 9'35, 10'11, 21'42(missed mile marker), 10'22, 1'11

wozzlehunter wow gosport does it again with the weather, sunny, warm, and ideal contitions. marshalls must be the best in the world, happy clappy people all the way round, thank you. i did well and got a pb woo hoo, i do like this race and will be back next year.
