Gobi Gloucester 20. Straight off a night shift the plan, easy 3hrs chat to MicknPhil. Actual, Mick was too quick for me at the start. Very easy first 10 in 1:26 then ran 36min(had a chat to t-rex) and 32 min for the last 5 miles. A little naughty but nobodys perfect. Felt very SMOOTH

Iron Squishy Ran this only 4 days after having flu!!! Ran on heart rate all way (155-160) to keep nice and steady!! Really pleased to finish feeling so good !! Ran on watch time though - didn't see the point of the chips as there was no mat at the start line!
