The grass bit is annoying but in general it's quite flat and fast!

Two loops, some on grass, mostly tarmac. Fairly flat but a nightmare if windy.

Tiny little prom parkrun run by fab volunteers. Plenty of parking. 2 lapper, start on prom, around some grass, small dog leg and back to start. Very flat. We went in summer and it hailed, rained and switched to bright sunshine within 30 min!

Fabulous little parkrun, 2 lapper starting on the prom with a loop on grass. Plenty of free parking at the start with toilets (charge applies)

Two looped course starting on the Prom adjacent to the car park behind The Quay Zone. Almost 2k of the route is on bumpy grassland but never muddy. A little section of bumpy tarmac on both loops, however rest of the course pancake flat
