Fat Boy Pleased with run considering it was only my second run in 10 days due to a lower back strain. Thankfully the injury did not re-occurr although the rest of my body now aches! Felt quite strong on the flats and downhills but struggled on the hills. Placed 14th from 173 finishers.

Boab Tough 8k route. Pleased with run, although lost a few seconds as I went over on my ankle on the first loop of the forest and it took me a couple of minutes to run it off, then fell on my coupon with about a half mile to go. Didn't feel any pain at the time, but I have cuts all down my left shin. Very tough climb to the finish line!! Felt awful immediately after race, thought I was going to heave. 12th out of 172.
