jlucas bad day at office, probably self inflicted though. started like i was in really good shape(which i wasn't) got a stitch about 5m which i never get and was lucky not to go too far off course when a marshall wasn't paying attention. luckily the stitch had eased a bit and was able to kick on when a team mate had just about caught me otherwise it would have been a terrible day! moving on i know i've got to get my act together so may have been a silver lining after all?
