paul the builder It's flat - could the weather gods arrange for a still day please? Expect to PB, but by how much will determine marathon goal 6 weeks away. *UPDATE* - very pleased. Went well, reasonable breeze in our faces from 7-10. Lovely quiet course, flat as you like. 11th of 144, 3rd MS.

Tarmac Runner Very flat race over by skegness had a good run but legs a little tiered from running on the saturday 8 mile down the seaside. Enjoyed run and came in 37th so new pb also.
