Yamsamda First ever race, very pleased with time for first race, and much quicker than any training run. A couple of tough hills, especially the last one right at the end.

Head Gone MHR 172 Av HR 165. Ascent 1575 on course. The course just seemed to go up and up. I think undulating is a mild expression. Hilly is more like it. Enjoyable though.
