Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

BenDy Yet again on this fast & flat course I've failed to get a PB when I really should. All was going according to plan & then suddenly miles 6, 7 & 8 were off the desired pace (must have been a whole in the fabric of the space time continum because those around me suffered the same!) Went ballistic in the last 2 miles but it was a case of too little too late. On the upside I was only 10 secs of my PB & felt really strong at the finish, was this due to not trying hard enough in the middle part?

Jimbo My first 10 mile race and what a great run it was.
It was brass monkey's out there for the start, but it did not take long to get warm. I know I am capable of a lot faster, but this was by far my fastest run since my return from injury. I would have been happy to maintain a 7:30 min miles average, but 7:30 ended being one of my slowest miles.
This gives me a lot of confidence in my build up to London.

No.8 ™ Smashed my PB by over two minutes - on 2 - 3 runs a week. You know why, one long run and INTERVALS - speedwork is the king, if you want to run fast do some quality, hard interval sessions every single week.
