beders another great day at Freckleton, cooler conditions and the odd bit of rain made for much better race conditions. Felt suprisingly good to say raced the day before and 5th race in 12 days. Happy with time, kept up a steady pace throughout . Overtaken by 2 people after halfway and again managed to pull back 9-10 places in the last few miles, yet another sprint finish picking off 2 more at the end !!
