About this parkrun
2 different flat laps within the forest. Typical forest paths so forgiving but stable underfoot. Need to pay attention to briefing and follow the correct signs to avoid getting lostThe Mussile 8th Jan 2019
Not for the feint-hearted, easy to get lost if you don't pay attention! Very friendly & low-key event. Great run through the forest.

Two lap course, first round the perimeter second in the internal part of the forest involving a few twists/turns and dog legs. Essential to listen to the briefing. Marker posts 1-18 lap 1 and 19-36 lap two.Kilometer markers too. V friendly teams.

Two laps within a very pleasant wooded area marked with permanent arrow posts. A few technical sections in which care needs to be taken. Surface is typical woodland and compacted trail.
