CanaryYellow Wiped 10 minutes off my PB during September and my current PB includes 4 stops for shoe adjustments. The blisters i got that day are not causing any grief. Pace calculators put me around 2:07, i think 2:11 is a bit more realistic. Good bet for a PB.

Debbie G Would love to PB again but not sure if my legs will handle the 4th consectutive race over 13 miles in 4 weeks so estimating 1:52 Well I did it again :-) 4th PB in 4 weeks (3min 44sec quicker than Ely !) - even managed my first running club silver standard certificate - YES !!!! Great race as usual - so many Striders out today and many significant PB's well done to Tammy for a great 2nd lady performance and to Tammy, Becky & Haley to take 2nd ladies team prize.

Roxie A brillant day for a race!! After watching the race for two years previous I couldn't wait to run my first half marathon. A very enjoyable coarse and found the two laps worked well for me! weather was perfect and lots of encouragement from the marshals.
