Running Postie Wet and windy,slow start due to large field.Cant understand why i cant run faster on a flat course must be my age.Well done to all the other fetch runners that took part.

GD Got the PB I was hoping for! Was a bit wet - but this was a pleasant change to recent conditions! Managed to just about average my planned km split of 4:20 on the first half (which was all on roads), the return half was along the river on a towpath/cyclepath, and was pleased to find I was able to up the pace, and in fact improve every km: 4:15, 4:13, 4:12, 4:10, 3:55. Nice race - I'll probably be back - didn't much enjoy sitting on the M25 on the way home for what seemed like ages, but can't really blame Elmbridge Runners for that!

GAZGIB Ideal running conditions, don't know why I'm always about a minute off my normal pace at this event, considering how flat it is. 45:20 beats my previous 5 times at this course.

Em Dreadfull run, couldnt breath, felt bad all the way round, didnt enjoy it as have previously. Think I will use the fact that Im on antibiotics for a uti as an excuse for a terrible run. Well done all those who took part and those who got pb's
