Grey Badger Late decision to do this one after running in fell race today(sat). Just going to use it as a training run for the Great North Run in 2 weeks time. UPDATE!!!! Relly enjoyed this run with no pressure to push hard just started at an easy pace and kept it up for the whole race and even had enough in the tank to do 6 min for the last mile and pass a couple of people. Well organised event but a bit of a walk between where we parked to the registration and the start but at least it was a fine day.

Fergus Recent PB in 10k so will be disappointed if I don't get a PB in this. Went out too fast and really struggled for the last 4 miles. Still a PB but was hoping to get under 1.35.
