Cavey Wow!! Realistic Target - To finish, Ambitious Target - 4:30 to 4:45. Actual - 4:12!! Full blog to come, but I had a great day, and the support was amazing. I really don't think I could have done it without Heidi who ran the last 2 laps with me and wouldn't let me stop and walk!!

Foxy I ran the first 8 miles with Dave King & he dragged me along at a very quick 7 min 45 pace, I couldn't keep that up but I did still finish in my fastest time since Barcelona 11 months before. An orange cotton T-shirt - better than last years yellow. a sunny if rather cool day.
