hammerite Hardly trained for the last couple of weeks. Will run as hard as I can until I'm either sick or blow up!...... Race done, did exactly as I said I would, felt like I blew up in the last km, but managed to hold on. Quite happy with the time.

Nightjar Tthat was harder than I had hoped. I set off at what turned out to be a rediculous pace for the first k and the pace just kept dropping every k as a result. On the bright side, a pb is a pb. The free sandwiches and cakes afterwards were excellent!

Silvershadow Sorry to those who bet on me. I was surprised to see the time on the clock when I came into the home straight, I thought I was doing OK. Will have to work on pacing.

The Teaboy Ran shit, felt shit, was shit. yuck. Worked out who I would track to try and go to the magic 20mins - I should be able to do that. Just blew up at 2kms and the only reason I didn't just jack it in was because there was quite a nice young lady running about the same pace as me and I didn't want her to see that. Last km in 4:20? Is this me? Wher on earth was the sprint finish?
