Middler Someone said that the course was more like 5.5miles, which given my time I'd go with. Arrived in Burton-upon-Trent at 9.30, arrived at Sinai Park at 10.30 as I COULDN'T FIND IT!!!!! Luckily just had time for loo break before heading off up the start hill. Quite a hilly course, I struggled (well walked) up two of them :( very, very muddy, especially as the men had churned it up nicely for us (cheers men!). Fantastic fun though :) PS Many thanks to AnnaB who has verified that the course was only 5 miles - better get training properly then.

Rubberman Tough (as ever) cross country. Felt a bit sick at the end so was probably running hard enough for me. Only 1 fall.

Ally2 different conditions to last year; caked in mud , very slippy around a twisty course and managed to fall over coming down the side of the hill. Came 3rd was in leading pack for first 20mins- then Tim caught us and broke up the group going up the final hill. I and the other barrow runner Beetham followed and left Williams, phil being dropped 5 mins earlier. Got left by other barrow runner in last mile but beat Phil C for first time. Time down 30secs from last year but tougher conditions.
