tryfan time from stop watch. Started too quickly got very tired 20 minutes in - slowed and recovered at about 24 minutes in and then ok until end. No markers meant my pacing was poor.

podrunner Lovely morning for it. First trail race and hillier than i thought it would be. Enjoyed it very much and knee was ok. Finished 7th lady. My gps watch measured it as 6 miles.

Domestic Goddess Wasn't last!!! Great way to kick start the years training. Pity it wasn't actually 10km (apparently just 5.7miles)

Pinno A good race and good terrain, pleased with my time considering I was full of a cold. The distance was down as being 6 mile my Garmin clocked it at 5.64 miles? Overall well worth doing on a lovely morning.
