Boycie Tough! Slowest time for 3 years, but didn't taper, just turned up off the back of 2 midweek races and 90 minutes yesterday. Still think I managed 10th, on a very hot, humid and hilly course!

Forest Runner Slightly disappointed with the time, but considering I didn't taper as I am marathon training at the moment, and considering it was quite warm and not the easiest course, I suppose I shouldn't be too hard on myself. Update - I should have run 12 seconds faster and I would have got the 3rd MV50. In fact, I should have run 24 seconds faster to be under 1:40. I'm very surprised that I was in the top 100, despite the fact that it was quite hilly and warm.

GazzaC The hill at mile 10 killed me!! I would have beat 1:45 without the hill (and the course came up long)!!
