Lalli I've knocked a minute off my pb, but this is my Garmin time, so it'll be interesting to see what the chip time was! I've pushed myself harder this time and ran faster down the hills to make up where I am slow on the uphills - think it worked. I always find this one quite hard as it undulates so much - not a lot of flat! Had a great run though and Aimee did really well on her 3k - finished in around 22 minutes! So that's her first race out of the way and we are now looking forward to running our 5k fun run on 1 May together!

SteveX Not too bad - quicker than my last few times around the same course. But legs did feel heavy. Probably 3 hlf marathons since end Feb have taken their toll.
