Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

ninjaman That was good fun. Felt good til about 7KM then had to grit the teeth as usual to hold on. Very pleased with the time.

SteveX May need some slight adjustment but this is a PB by about 10 seconds. Perfect weather. Had 100 miles in legs over last 2 weeks so thought I might not be in 10km shape but this proves otherwise. My watch time 42.43 but chip time says 42.20 which I believe is over generous. Will settle at 42.30.

Buzzards Sis This will be 2 weeks after a marathon but my 10K PB is way out of date - compare it with my others and you'll see what I mean. I should go sub 50, even if I don't go all out on my post marathon legs. *UPDATE - YAY sub 50 :-) Could have gone faster too. I was taking it at a quick but comfortable pace and that was enough for today. Comfortable most of the time anyway, had a horrible cramp or stitch right across my stomach for a couple of K and it made it a bit tricky to breath. That slowed me down a bit at the time but it did pass. There is still more to come. Sun 45 next time!
*another UPDATE - just checked out the results on the website - I was placed :-) - 5th in F35. This is the first time I have ever been placed for time, rather than a handicap. YAY. This can be built on!

Snapstinget This is my Garmin time, not the official result, as I started right at the back with Boo and I wasn't actually going for a result. V pleased. Only found out about the race last week. (Wednesday)

lozza No idea how this will go - only a week after a marathon and haven't had any pbs for over a year.

smiley broadling Garmin time was 58:59! So I am in a quandry as to which time to use as this would be a PB... For consistency I will go for the official time.
