Mr UE Gutted - I was targetting a sub 50 mins and just missed out - mainly due to a lack of training but also really enjoyed this very tough course - boy is that hill hard. And the ford is fun x two :-))

Runner Without a Clue mental conditions but really makes you feel like you've achieved something, clocked 22:40 at half time so should have done better but settled in behind union jack shorts for the 2nd half who in fairness did have to pull me up the hill (monster, and it comes twice after filling your trainers up with water from crossing a ford), oh and he pipped me at the end, very enjoyable run though :-)
