DaveH Probably going to EOD. Should go sub-30 although I've eaten too many pies recently, hopefully be yopping on the home straight like last time. **UPDATE** Apologies to those that bet on me, clearly the pies won. Went out too fast over the first lap and paid for it, pulled up 5 times with a really sore butt and just about held on for a 31:08 (watch time) although at the end I was just trying to keep going rather than get the time. Heart and head wasn't in it and I haven't got nearly enough miles under the belt recently. Going to have to reassess goals for Amsterdam, just not in the right shape and don't have time to train as much as I need to hit 3hrs, and I haven't carried over enough form if tonight was anything to go by.

Lincsfella WHOOOOOAAAAA!!!!! where did that come from. nice event, pushed hard, had my boy cheering me on after each lap which helped. a touch undulating too but really pleased with my efforts and a PB to boot. watch time was 32.52

Seagrave Shin splints from mile two, but managed to fight the pain to record a PB. Happy enough with that.

thomas h slight different course , using paths in side the park . distance seems same previously one short two long laps (now three long laps with last one slightly shorter) most top 50 runners (that raced aug06) were an average 30 seconds quicker than last year
