Jonny Got myself around. Started to struggle after about 13 miles but finished the last 1.5 miles nicely. Enjoyed it immensley once again.

Yellow Fang Made a poor choice of footwearwith football boots. The trails were mostly hard, despite the recent rain. This was a pretty poor race for me. I did not feel up for it.

Capricorn pb by 14 minutes and I was first LV40 and won an easter egg, so very pleased. Great event as always and not too muddy which helped.

Shadow Walker Race time 3:36:59 ran 22.5ml as shuttle running to get pf55 (Phil Fisher) around. Garmin time 3:10 for 20ml. Last long jog before London.

NikW Did my first 20 mile race the hard way though, ran all the tough hills in the first 11 miles then ended up walking the easy ones in the second half. Great descent to the finish!
