Crooked Gait Hard to find a rhythm in the harbour section, easier on the esplanade but less comfortable alongside the traffic of King Street. Happy with the run overall.

Wee Maz no proper warn up and set off quite fast. A few walk breaks as finding it hards to breath - was really close weather wise!!

redrunning really struggling with the heat for this race, legs felt very heavy. one or 2 smallish hills but the majority is running along the beach - so quite long, straight and a tad boring. not sure why they won't allow ipods/mp3s but they don't - some people sneaked them anyway!
