About this parkrun

flat riverside course. multiple loops of different fields

2 laps on tarmac which includes a slight incline, followed by 2 laps of our Muddy Meadow.
In the summer, we run in road shoes.
In the rainy season, we do anything we can to stay upright!

Very scenic, very friendly. The laps of the muddy meadow were muddy.

2 laps tarmac, a run by the river and 2 laps round a puddly muddy field (it was winter) not much hill but a bit congested, otherwise a nice fast course. Nearby paid parking and a cafe in the park.
