About this parkrun
3 laps: crazy short leg with a 180° turn at the start; zig zag around rugby pitches on grass with gentle uphill sections; long downhill on pavement!Ian the Morris Dancer 18th Jan 2023
Zig zag course up and down the parks rugby pitches. Can get very muddy and slippery in the winter.

Three laps on grass steadily zigzagging uphill around rugby pitches then sweeping downhill towards the start finish. About 200 people, not busy plenty of space. Easy parking and loos by the theatre.
