About this parkrun
Takes place entirely off-road on forest tracks, potential to be very muddy. Two laps, starting with a steep rocky path which continues uphill for some way, after a descent it’s undulating for the rest of the lap, and the last 0.2 is uphill. Brutal!Meglet 4th Sep 2021
Two laps all on woodland trail paths with a sharp climb at the start of each lap plus a lovely downhill section & a short climb to the finish

If you like mud and trees then this is one for you. Even in summer the course due to the shade of the trees can be muddy. After the start the path goes up a lung busting steep hill which is then repeated on further laps. Lovely in the summer sun.

Hilly 2 laps (plus back past the start to the finish) forest trail run with the killer hill starting literally a few metres after the start.

One of my favourite parkruns. 2 laps of a beautiful forest on uneven trail ground. Starts up a steep medium length hill, before flattening out and going down, then a few ups and downs on the way back round . Short up hill to finish

A tough trail course. No toilets. Recommended parking is 15 minutes walk away.

Killer hill to start with including a rough surface then trail with mud, nice downhill section and along to do it all again! Then after the 2nd lap an uphill section but not as bad as the hill! Trail shoes were needed today.
