750 Warrior A Massive PB helped by the Springfield Strider Runner who ran next to me step for step untill the last 1/4 mile where he pulled a bit away.

Ginnersinner Tricky, marked in miles - also, 8 min miles for that long might just be out of my reach for the mo - had to have a little walk and that put paid to sub 50 - still, PB so still good!
