The Plod Splits; 4.02, 3.48, 3.53, 3.58, 3.54. Went out slowly but couldn't seem to pick it up.

amorts Fine weather meant I was looking for a possible PB performance. Made sure I pushed myself through each k to see how far I'm away from the fitness I had at the end of last season. My answer? 9 seconds. I hope once the light nights return I can start midweek training again which should make a significant difference.
