Che dragon If my calf's loosened up, will be aiming to get under 20 minutes! Not sure if I'm going to make it... Wish I'd have stayed in bed. Aimed to stick close to The Saint for sensible 20 minute pace and ended up through 1k in 3.30 and 2 in just over 7. Stayed with him till 3.5 when i just couldn't get enough air in and walked a couple of hundred metres thinking about giving up. Got shouted at to not let person behind me pass and ended up passing a couple of people. Aching foot, tight calf and the first day of really bad hayfever (no wonder I couldn't breathe)!
