Mud Rocs Very hot day - take plenty of fluid on board and tired to pace it round - time very similar to last year but finished much stronger - 92nd out of 246.

jasond not a clue as to time really!!! This will be my first fell race.... Thought i'd try doubling my time over same distance on the road then adding a bit ---????

DylanWales Very Hot on the day - suffered a lot. There were a lot of runners running different lines from the summit - so well worth some research for next year....the run back was a killer - transition from fell to track to ROAD was Ouch Ouch Ouch! there is still a good treck back to the Finish - so make sure you have plenty left in the tanks for the last run in. This was only my 2nd fell race so was happy...
