Caterpillar Aaaagh! A personal worst for BPTT.  Nearly go beaten by a bloke pushing a pram!  Not in good shape.  Tickly cough, but I haven't really done any real training for a couple of months and it's beginning to show.  Sorry guys, but the slow stuff isn't making me faster.  Running slowly also makes it so much harder to do any decent distance.  If I have an hour free then it's a simple choice - go five miles or go eight miles.  I think the eight miles does me more good.  I am formally dropping this HR style of training.  It might work for you but it just makes me slow, bored, frustrated, and unfit.  From now on I'm back to the hard stuff.
