RFJ Ran round with RFJ Jnr for his first BPTT, had a great time (so did he). Great to meet up up many new people, Greg, Puffing Beartie, Kath, Holloywood. It all makes for a better day, then went on to do the Hants XC lge in Reading......

Sezz Not run a 5k for a year and as my speed as decreased considerably over the last 12 months, I wondered if I might not even get sub 30! However, managed 28:08 which I'm fairly pleased with, even though it was flippin tough and I was fading fast at the end.

Kirsty Another slowest bptt ever for me - 5 seconds slower than last week. And I know exactly where those 5 seconds went - I had to stop to do up both laces due to lack of concentration at start i.e standing around chatting. Was saving self for Surrey League xc this pm.
