Caterpillar I haven't done this for a while. There were loads of people there and I didn't pace it too well. Set off too slowly but finished strongly. Not bad. Well done Footpad, DIY Diva, Shiraz, Hollywood, Too Much Water, Gobi, Kieran, and it was great to see Puffing Bertie, Mad Uncle Bob, and Stumpy2 there as well!

Yep - just official. My personal worst by a clear 38 seconds.

Gobi about sums up my 5km running to be honest, no matter what state I am in I can run 17.30 - 17.40. Happy enough as I was tired.

Great to see so many people.

Hollywoof! First time back in BPTT in 3 weeks (swimming and Shiraz's family do getting in the way...) - cool weather, a bit damp underfoot, but fresh legs (yesterday's run cancelled as I was playing with my bike instead!) meant a good run - really should have closed down Suzi in the last stretch though!

Kieren Perfect weather. Struggled through the crowds all the way to the playground where it opened up enough to run properly. Still over 3 minutes off the PB but really happy at improving 20 seconds on last week. It's a big jump and hopefully I can carry them up. If I can get back into the 18s this year I'll be over the moon

Rach E I will be going for a pb but I seem to have plateaued recently around the 18:30 mark so this is a risky bet. ***UPDATE*** Damn!!! 18.28 again. I am tired & will take a rest day tomorrow. On
the positive side it's another sub-18.30, a bushy pb, I ran even split kms, was first lady and enjoyed the coffee afterwards. Sorry to anyone who bet.
