funkin My watch said 20:29 but I'll happily take the 3 seconds :) I tried to go a little more relaxed today, and the two gym sessions over the past week I think helped with my fitness. For some bizarre reason, the final straight seemed really short today! Gonna see a specialist on Monday about my dodgy hip.

Kieren Legs felt good today & was quite strong. Started off slow with Claire as it was her first run & enjoyed passing people as I started at the back. Last nights beers took their toll on the last straight & I had to stop twice to let my stomach settle. Good support for other runners encouraging me to start running again. Disappointed with my time & finding motivation very hard these days

Kinsey Ran for most of this with Alan at his pace and then sped up for the staight home run. Very slippy today which made it a bit more challenging.
