AngeM Supposed to be going for sub 1:45 for this half according to the marathon training program......*update* maybe shouldn't race this for a PB...got round the Oakley 20 with conservative running but still got this niggly sore bum muscle...19/04/09: Nice little training run. Went with Graham and Rich, great company and both ran PBs-yaaay! Not bad mara training pace considering the cold bug and dodgy toilet probs that I've had all week! Also ran with a guy called Nat, for a mile or so that was doing the marathon, to keep him company and that was nice. Not the best race time but an enjoyable run.

FRU (KeepTheFaith) GREAT run... time shite.. but run was well paced, pushed when I knew I could push and sprinted powerfully in many patches of the last 2 miles - legging it into the finish to point where breathing went all over shop was fantastic!

MrMarcus looking for something close to a pb for this. Hopefully a little closer to the 90 minute mark, but a big improvement on last years time isdefinitely in the pipeline. Pans for a pb binned after 5 miles, very warm day.

Roma Started out as training run but became pb attempt. Steady up the hills, equalled 10 mile pb as well.
