Kaine Started strong and near the front and after 3K was aware of running perhaps a little faster than I would have expected to. Stuck with it throughout and picked up for the last K, picking off another 4 or so competitors before a big push for the last 400m. Very pleased with the time. 21/324

Pathtower Bromham 10K. Freezing fog but footing OK. Ran OK, bit of a lull around 3.5 to 6k but pulled it together to retake a couple of runners. Also bad stomach from 9k on. About 20s slower than last year but have had a poor November preparation and little speedwork/tempo so time OK - in good form should be around a minute quicker.
